  Hands down one of the most frustrating Starbucks on the planet. You can start your adventure looking for a place to park within 300 yards of the store. Next, for whatever reason you will need to wait for someone to take your order. But don't worry while you wait they will provide you with the entertainment of watching at least 8 employees for this small store. All of whom I assume park in the parking lot. At least the coffee is good. Hope you don't want half and half.

  The staff is very friendly and the store is well-maintained, but the location was chosen poorly. The entrances and exits are located in inconvenient spots, and are often blocked by people attempting to park, and the drive-through line can often block both entrances completely. The parking lot is often full, even when the store seems to be only at half-capacity. In busy times, it is safer and faster to park across the street and walk to the store.
  
  The online ordering option seems to quicken the pace of retrieving an order, but one must first brave the parking area to get inside the store, and then catch the attention of one of the many employees who are busily attempting to keep up with the high quantity of orders. The online ordering and pickup process needs further refinement to be a good choice for the average consumer.
  
  Once one retrieves the order, things are much more pleasant in the restaurant. It‘s a shame that so much of the positive experience is damaged due to the chaos going on outside in the parking lot.
